Philip Seymour, President, has a B.S. in Building Sciences from R.P.I and over 40 years in the construction industry. David Seymour, Vice President, has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Temple University, passed the E.I.T. and over 20 years of experience. Our staff includes a project manager with over 35 years of experience (30 years with us). Our other project manager has over 20 years of experience (15 years with us). We also have several carpenters with over 15 years of experience, and our own plumbing and heating department.

   We can show you a wide variety of floor plans, plus we can modify or create plans from scratch depending on your needs. We also have the flexibility of being able to custom stick build your home, or use panelized or modular construction. We would be happy to show you some of the homes that we have built in the area. Factory tours are available for both the panelized and modular construction. We also offer "Sweat Equity" which allows you to do some of the work on your home to reduce costs.
